Fix alert styling in the sign in page
This issue has been tracked since 2023-03-08.
To fix this, we have to refactor tailwind classes in packages/ui/src/Alert to local scss. Long story short, package/ui does not detect tailwind classes and does not append them to the output css. For now, we should rely on local scss there.
