Feature: add common providers file shared between client/server bootstrapping

Currently, when scaffolding a new application there is a main.ts/main.server.ts. If you have common providers between the two environments you have to add it to both files.

This would introduce a main.providers.ts with common providers that can be imported and shared between both files.
