[FR] Sort parameters when adding new parameters to part.

Problem statement

When adding parameters to parts it is difficult to browse the parameter dropdown because they are shown in the order added to the system and not alphabetically.

Suggested solution

Sort, or have the option to sort, the parameters dropdown alphabetically instead of with the order they were added to the system.
