test3308 build draws unexpected line segment for flight plan

This issue has been tracked since 2022-01-29.

With some camera orientations and some zoom levels in map view, the flight plan ends up drawing a straight line segment joining the start and end point of the flight plan. And the whole flight plan trajectory flickers constantly in that state.

Let me know if having the save will help for easy reproduction.

TEST3312 does not fix the problem.

I even deleted and recreated a flight plan to make sure it wasn't an artifact from the previous one.
