RCS in flight planning is calculating required durations incorrectly with some thrusters. This seems to stem from restock changing to a single part with multiple configurations setup, whereby there are excess inactive thrust transforms present in the thruster part.
For instance with the standard 4-port style thruster there are 5 variants, this leads to an overestimation of thrust by a factor of 5.
