ACL for creation of silence works perfectly but it doesn't seems to be getting applied to browse and deletion.
An user which is not allowed to create the silence, can actually delete the existing one.
I am having simple ACL as follow:

With above acl, all the users are blocked from creating but they can still delete any.
Please help if i miss any specific configuration to disable deletion.
