[FEAT] Add a comment to the line that needs editing later

When pressing "edit later" add a comment to the line that needs to be edited later. This comment can be "%%SR-edit-later%%" for example. By doing so we can easily perform a global search with "sr-" or "edit-" to find all cards that needs editing. In addition the comment can include a date so we can search by year/month/day. Example:

• search cards that need editing from January 2023
  sr-edit-later-2023-01

Note that global search doesn't match case by default so we can search "sr-" instead of "SR-". Also note that searching "sr-edit" doesn't include results that contain "sr" or "edit" but only results that contain "sr-edit".
