[BUG] Overwriting files when press the spacebar to review questions continuously

Describe the bug
if I continuously press the spacebar to review questions, different files are being overwritten. This results in the loss of previous questions and answers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create two file contains many questions
2. Use the spacebar to review the questions
3. Observe that the questions and answers in different files are being overwritten

Expected behavior
Questions and answers should remain in their respective files, and should not be overwritten by other files.

Versions :

• OS: win11
• Obsidian version:v1.1.9
• Plugin version: v1.9.4
• If on desktop, Installer version: 5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) obsidian/0.15.9 Chrome/100.0.4896.160 Electron/18.3.5 Safari/537.36
