"Send to contract" warning is not showing up
This issue has been tracked since 2023-03-01.
When user is trying to send some tokens to the address that is a contract address not EOA we should show a warning on the signing screen.
I couldn't find any contract address to trigger this warning to show up (tried 0x, Uniswap and some random tokens contracts).
Let's investigate if this is a regression or it just can't detect that it is a contract address.

The warning is still there for bnb, for other contracts it fails silently before reaching the sign page (Related: #2010)
