Gas price shown as estimated network fee

What did not work?

The $ estimate is not loading, as a result the Gas price is shown as estimated network fee.

I think there's two bugs here

1. The $ estimate fee not showing
2. The gas price then showing up as estimated network fee -> when there's a $ estimate the gas price is between brackets in grey

This ticket is for 2, 1 will be ticketed separately.

With $ prices properly loading, the UI would show:

I propose to never show gas prices as the estimated network fee, and always have a spot for the $ value, also if it's not able to be calculated.

E.g. imo it'd be better to show something like

• Estimated network fee: [~$n/a (60 Gwei)]
  compared to
• Estimated network fee: [~$60 Gwei]
